This particular photo fascinates me because of the emotions it makes me feel. I still like my first comments. I imagined you (I didn't recognize you as the model...you look so different & older) in a hotel room with your lover and he told you it was over and left. Hence my comment about the closing of the door.

Your next update brought two scenarios to mind.

First, you are in your dressing room after a theatrical performance and your lover treats you the same way. You are in the process of removing your makeup, which is why you are in your bra and slip, when you learn the relationship is over and he has left.

Second, no lover is involved, but it is the last night of your performance and your emotions are about your audience and the feelings and thoughts with which you left them.

By now, I guess you know I really like this photo. I see you with your emotions exposed and wonder if your lover (I like lover scenario the best) has any idea of what he left behind. I also wonder what is going through HIS mind and what his emotions are.

For me it brings home the fat that in a relationship two people are involved and what considerations are given to the other person's feelings when it comes to an end.
